Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or using any part of our website. By browsing archangeljewellery.com(the “Site”) or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARCHANGEL by Shimz. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.
By accessing or using our Site in any manner — including browsing, creating an account, or placing an order — you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Use of the Site on behalf of a company or organisation constitutes acceptance on behalf of that entity, and the individual accepting warrants that they have authority to do so.

All prices on the Site are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (“VAT”) at the current standard rate of 20%, unless otherwise stated. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, additional import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply upon delivery; these are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the Site at the moment you complete your purchase. Price changes will never affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Bespoke and custom commission pieces are quoted individually and are subject to a separate commission agreement. Once a bespoke commission has been confirmed and production has commenced, the item is non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of a manufacturing defect. We take every care to ensure that the descriptions, images and specifications of our pieces are accurate. However, natural gemstones and precious metals may display slight variations in colour, grain and finish from piece to piece — this is a mark of their authenticity and natural origin, not a defect. Screen colour reproduction may vary, and product images should be treated as representative rather than exact.
When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. Your order does not constitute a binding contract until we send you an order confirmation email. That email constitutes our acceptance of your offer and creates a legally binding contract between us.
Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email summarising your order details, including the items purchased, the delivery address and the total amount charged. Please retain this email as proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@archangeljewellery.com.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product descriptions, unavailability of stock, or concerns about the legitimacy of the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, notify you of the error and offer you the opportunity to repurchase at the correct price. We are under no obligation to honour a price that is clearly erroneous.
All payments made on the Site are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Your card or bank details are submitted directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection; we do not store, transmit or have access to your full payment credentials. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as other payment methods supported by Razorpay at the time of checkout. Available payment options are displayed during the checkout process.
Our checkout is protected by TLS/SSL encryption. We may implement 3D Secure authentication as an additional layer of fraud protection. Your payment information is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and applicable data protection legislation.
If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed and no funds will be taken. You will be notified at checkout and may attempt payment again with a different card or payment method. If a payment is taken but your order is not confirmed, please contact us immediately — any such funds will be returned in full.

Standard delivery is complimentary on all UK orders with a total value of £500 or more (after any applicable discounts). This threshold applies to the order subtotal excluding delivery charges. The complimentary delivery benefit does not apply to Express or White Glove services.
We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery costs and estimated timescales are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. All international shipments are fully insured and dispatched with a tracked service. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed; we shall not be liable for delays caused by carrier disruption, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Bespoke and custom-commissioned pieces are non-returnable once production has commenced. All content on the Site — including but not limited to jewellery designs, product photography, campaign imagery, editorial copy, the ARCHANGEL by Shimz name, logotype, brand marks and all associated trade dress — is the exclusive property of ARCHANGEL by Shimz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and design rights under English and international law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Site in any form or by any means without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. To request a licence or permission, please contact us at legal@archangeljewellery.com.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to your statutory rights, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another jurisdiction, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Site or by email.
